Demand for Johnstown’s housing stock has been building for a year, with Realtors seeing no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
The demand continues to rise across all price ranges and neighborhoods in Johnstown, which is unprecedented, Realtor Barry Gallagher said.
“Anything anywhere is bringing activity and higher prices,” Gallagher said. “There is competitive bidding, even on houses in the city, which were typically a tough sell. Things are changing.”
