Dallas business park sells to investor



Investor Arden Group purchased Stoneridge Business Park, a three-building light industrial park totaling 171,025 square feet at 2550 Beckleymeade Ave. and 9050 and 9110 Autobahn Drive in Dallas. The property was sold by MoxieBridge. JLL’s Stephen Bailey, Dustin Volz, Adam Roossien and Pauli Kerr brokered the sale.

Investors FCP and S2 Capital bought the Oxford Park apartments, a 308-unit rental community on Bond Street in Irving. Built in 1995, the property is in Las Colinas. The acquisition is the third by the investors in North Texas in the last 12 months. JLL brokered the sale.

An investor purchased Mustang Flats & Bentley Terrace, a 38-unit apartment property at 507 Cora St. in Arlington, Nick Fluellen, Bard Hoover and Matt Aslan of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.
