DraftKings is capping off an epic year of dealmaking.

The daily-fantasy-sports and sports-gambling juggernaut ended 2020, its first year as a public company, debt-free and with roughly $1.8 billion on its balance sheet that it said it could put toward M&A.

It then acquired in March sports wagering news network VSIN. In April, DraftKings bought Tel Aviv-based software firm Blue Ribbon and integrated its personalized jackpots into the platform.
