A mixed-use real estate project in the works for a busy Frisco property includes apartments, shopping and office space.
The more than 100-acre Four Corners development is at the southwest corner of U.S. Highway 380 and FM 423 on Frisco’s northern edge. The site is across the street from the huge Windsong Ranch residential community.
A CVS Pharmacy and apartments have already been built on part of the big tract. A new zoning request would add medical office, additional restaurant and retail space, and a “pet resort” on the south end of the property.
A large restaurant is planned that would overlook a central public area.
“The applicant intends to have a unique restaurant area along the central open space feature which will offer views into the space,” Frisco’s planning staff writes. “Further, the applicant is honoring a majority of the natural features on site, preserving them as open space.”
