FALL RIVER — Leading this week’s batch of property transfers in Greater Fall River are two commercial property purchases.
The generic pharmaceutical lab at 927 Currant Road, in the Fall River Industrial Park, was bought by InvaGen Pharmaceuticals on Sept. 8 for $3.9 million, according to data for the week of .Sept. 7-10 from The Warren Group.
The property was once owned and operated by Examplar Pharma, a manufacturer of nasal and inhalation products. Examplar was acquired by another pharmaceutical company, Allergan, in 2013.
