“It has been crazy,” said Alice Perez, surprised that her three-bedroom bungalow in Allen Park was shown 30 times in three days.
“I never imagined there would be that many people,” she said, adding that it was “little tiring” to live with the disruption, although “everyone was nice.”
In Southgate, potential buyers lined up at one house in the 13100 block of Oakdale — forming a line from the front door to the curb — for 70 showings in two days.
