The year 2021 will be recorded as one of the strangest years with respect to residential real estate transactions in recent Hardin County History.
As of the writing of this article in early December, the residential rental market has spiked after a couple of weeks of slowing down. Inquiries about rental units and rental applications are up as people move into the community for work or look for better or roomier units.
The demand for good quality rental units is expected to grow with news of pending economic expansion projects and residential rental developers are hard at work to keep pace.
