BAY VILLAGE, Ohio – Two women had a food truck in Berea called Boca Loca. That took courage. Then they found more courage to open a brick-and-mortar location. But then they both decided to open a brand new location in Bay Village while maintaining the Berea location with just a change in the name. All kinds of courage and all kinds of risks–especially during the pandemic.
After COVID started to wind down they jumped in, with some delays, and opened the new Bay Village location this mid-spring. As the Bay Village location is succeeding, rumor has it they are also looking to open other locations.
What’s so new and unusual about their business? For one thing it is now called Boss ChicknBeer and they want it to be a success in small town America—a community, they say.
